1. Put the original Hand Wash bottle in a sink basin and remove the pump
2. Open the refill pouch with scissors as mentioned on the packaging
3. Place the refill bag with the opening pointing down onto the Hand Wash bottle and squeeze until empty
4. Replace the pump into the bottle and dispose of the refill bag in your plastic recycling
